Cecilia Brewer, PGA
Cecilia was born and raised in Sweden where she played competitive junior golf. After graduating high school, she moved across the pond to play division 1 college golf. In the summer of 2010 she was picked to be a part of the NCAA All Star Team to represent USA on a five week tour in Asia. In 2011 She graduated from Indiana University with her bachelors degree and moved on to study for her Masters degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University in NJ. Cecilia graduated with her master’s degree in Sport Administration in 2013 and during her time at Fairleigh Dickinson, she also coached the FDU women’s division 1 golf team. In 2017, one year after moving to Arizona, Cecilia was elected PGA Membership. One of Cecilia’s greatest passion is teaching junior golf.
The main focus in the golf swing is to get the club face square at impact. If you look at players playing on the PGA and LPGA tour they don’t have the same looking swing, however, they all have one thing in common; they all have a square club face at impact.
My teaching style is about accomplishing having a square club face at impact with the style of swing that my student already has. With the help of drills, training aids and practice, my students will see measurable results.
