Cecilia was born and raised in Sweden where she played competitive junior golf. After graduating high school she moved across the pond to play division 1 college golf. In the summer of 2010 she was picked to be a part of the NCAA AllStar Team to represent USA on a five week tour in Asia. In 2011 She graduated from Indiana University with her bachelors degree and moved on to study for her Masters degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University in NJ. Cecilia graduated with her master’s degree in Sport Administration in 2013 and during her time at Fairleigh Dickinson, she also coached the FDU women’s division 1 golf team. Shortly after Cecilia graduated, she started working as an assistant golf professional at Montammy Country Club in Alpine, NJ. She spent 2 years teaching and working at Montammy before she decided to further her career in golf and moved to AZ. In May of 2017, Cecilia was elected to PGA membership and is now teaching, coaching and growing the game of golf in AZ.
